Our Story
In 1986, Adam Kasprzak OLS moved to Renfrew County and partnered with two other Land Surveyors (Les Sury OLS and Tim Rowe OLS) to form Sury, Rowe and Kasprzak.
Ten years later, the partnership diverged and in 1996, with the purchase of the firm from his partners, Adam Kasprzak Surveying Ltd. was incorporated.
More than twenty-five years of business has afforded the company an opportunity to build a reputation of professionalism, dependability and high standards - among land owners, developers, municipalities, provincial and federal governments, commercial sectors, military, railroad and utility companies and the general public .
Through the acquisitions of the offices of John Goltz OLS and Douglas Patterson OLS, we now maintain the only comprehensive archive of survey records of Renfrew County, with notes and plans dating to the mid 1800s.
Our second-generation family business takes pride in living, working and supporting Renfrew County, and through our company, finding solutions for our clients - large and small.
The Ottawa Valley has grown to trust the name Kasprzak, that interests in land will be protected.
